I ordered 4 sarees online. Utsav advised that there will be customs duty. I advised for the sarees to be cancelled. Then they requested not to cancel the goods and they will refund the customs duty as I am a preferred and a special customer. I also did that in good faith and now they are refusing to give the money back. They are not contactable at all. The people in the live chat are absoulute idiots , who will just take our complaint and pass it on. After 24 hours the concerned department will contact me . I will be at work. Inbound calls cannot received by them.No one to deal with them. They should stop to do business. I want this complaint to be taken seriously.
