Appeal not accepted for hearing

Location/place: Pune

Name of company/service: State Consumer Forum Mumbai

I wanted to file an appeal in the State Consumer Forum Mumbai against Dist forum’s order & submitted 3 copies in the required format as per their web site on 03/05/12.(application no 1070).However Mr.Bhajipale concernerd clerk & Mr.Pawar Legal registrar is not giving the date for admission on flimsy grounds such as not kept 1/4th space at right on the application etc & has told that the file is going to be kept before boad on15/06/12.
As it is not possible to commute every time from Pune,pl inform how to deal with them.
