Name of company/service: Reliance

Hi,
i am using reliance broadband with id no 330639170120.I had a complain on 16th feb2013 having no 198372855.In spite of Several chat with servcing staff de r harrassing and not retuning the balance amount.
de r giving mentl torture by false assurance
so friends give suggestions so i can get back the money.
