Irresponsibilty towards coustomer

Location/place: howrah

Name of company/service: Videocon D2H service

I have lodged a complain against technical error on monday 10.30 am,.It has said that it will be rectified with in 24 hours but till tuesday 5.00pm nothing has been done to resume the service. agian lodged a complain on tuesday but nothing has been done till wednesday 1.41pm
