Replacement not recieved

Name of company/service: Naaptol.com(Online shopping)

I bought one Reebok Watch online on Naaptol.com,I got the faulty product and sent back to Naaptol Customer Care office Navi Mumbai,And they asked to deliver the replacement within 15 working days. But it has been more then 15 days, I didn’t get back my product and whenever I am calling them, they are giving me wrong information every time. And I am not sure whether I will get my product or not. so please take action against them.
