on 11th ,may 2013 i made a call to airtel costomer care to know about recharge in which i could get full talk time.their customer executive said i should recharge for Rs 51/- i made a recharge n got 15 ISD mins. I again called customer care n they said there is no recharge of full talk time for Rs 51/-..i talked to their senior executives n they all are saying thet we are unable to give you full talktime or money back also on calling to customer service number i’m not not able to talk to executive.my number is bolcked by them.i called after hiring my friend’s phone then also after 2 calls they blocked his number also..
”i have record of that call saved in my phone in which the executive gave me wrong information.
plz help me.
