I have already registed a complaint against naaptol in your forum vide ticket no. 191974. My complaint is not yest solved. The product ie sarees and jewellery’s that naaptol has replaced does not match with the specification thay have given in the product code 5359258/ 2050(on TV). The prints of sarees & design of jewelleys sent are entirely different. I want the product replaced with what they have specified on net/TV advt.OR refund of Rs. 2000/-. My allcorrespondence through email/sms is falling on deaf ears at naaptol. Pl look into my case and solve my grievance.
