It was dispatched from DTDC Courier and Cargo Ltd B-1 Sriram Plaza , Sector-4 Vaishali Ghaziabad U.P 201010 , for Deepak Sharma , Saidapet Chennai 600015. The consignment didn’t reach the mentioned destination and was declared lost by the above mentioned DTDC franchisee. We have filed a written complaint against the lost consignment. Despite of various telephonic/verbal communication with Sanjay Kumar Bajpai(Channel Partner DTDC) with phone number – 9818503829,9818654292 and Naveen Thakur (Channel Partner DTDC) with phone number – 9971114734 we have not yet got any of the information about the consignment .
We have faced a lot of inconvenience because of this .Please look into the matter and take actions as soon as possible.
