Poor services

&lt;p&gt;&lt;b&gt;Location/place&lt;/b&gt;: Rajbagh, srinagar, jammu and kashmir&lt;/p&gt;<p><b>Name of company/service</b>: Aircel</p>Sir, my service provider has provided me with poor internet services, they offered me to recharge with 128 rupeeds to get 500 mb 3g data but the speed is less than 20 kbps. Moreover, they deducting 1 rupee everyday for unknown reasons for last 3 years. Please do some justice in this regard.
