Capacity of the Pressure Cooker and Pressure Pan is less then mentioned in bill and Pressure Pan without ISI mark

As per the T.V advertisement by STAR CJ alive we ordered for 5.5 ltrs. pressure cooker along with a gift of 2 ltrs Junior pressure pan. Both pressure cooker and pan are of lesser capacity than what shown in the bill and engraved on the cookers(i.e 5.5 ltrs and 2 ltrs). Besides that the 2 ltrs. pressure pan has a defective handle fitting and it has no ISI mark marked over it. We made many telephonic complaint and also had a talk with STAR CJ alive representative who finally made us talk with the manufactures Neelam appliances private limited. But everybody was adamant that what ever they has send is correct and they did not try to understand the real problem instead they kept justifying themselves technically which is practically incorrect.
