i booked meru cab as on 6th may and had to go from my home in kalyan vihar to new delhi railway station. the driver took me from the longest route possible (instead of 7 kms distance, he took me 17 kms) and that too i kept telling him and asking him what route he is taking to which he re assured i am taking a short and easy route. when i complained after reaching the destination, he said i need ot pay full anyways. not only that i ha to go towards paharganj he dropped me towards ajmeri gate side. so much of walking i had to do to rush and catch the train. The mental stress and the way the comapny has fleeced is amazing. i wrote a feedback to meru on this but no reply came from them.
