Sir i have purchased Amron battery from our local dealer Ahluwalia Enterprises vide bill no.839 dt. 22.11.11. The local dealer gave me Amron inverter CR 160 Amp. batterry. He gave me the 18 month Guarantee against replacement and 6 months warranty as per company policy which is mentioned on their above said bill. The dealer did not gave me the guarantee card. Now on dated 9th may 2013 my battery is not working properly. Now as per the bill dealer here is not replacing the battery now. My guarantee period is also going to elaspe very soon on dt.22.11.13… Please suggest me some procedure to replace the battery….
