FAKE ASSURANCE ,BALANCE DEDUCTIONS

Location/place: mumbai

Name of company/service: Reliance GSM

i had activated a 3g net plan on 12 april
of 97 rs valid for 30 days ( i.e. till 10th of may)
but during this period
1. on 2nd may
2. on 4th may
97 rs have been deducted from my a/c for the same net plan . ( i did not even activate this ) nor did the previous plan expire it was valid frm 12 th april to 10th of may .
still 97+97 rs had been deducted from my ac
after complaining 4 times
complaint numbers are
1.202452111
2.202497129
3.202618804
and once i was not even provided with a complaint no .
i have been calling them on daily basis .
the answers i get are
system is down
we could not verify the details
when i speak to senior
they assure your balance will be provided within 48 hrs
STILL NO ACTION HAS BEEN TAKEN !
