My name is Swami Chilka, I credit card holder of Standard Chartered bank.
I have placed a request to delivery my card enhancement kit. Since 1st of April, I have been following with customer care.
However I received request number and false assurance, but not my kit back. Every time they say, they are taking my request on higher priority basis, but with no result.
There is no action on request number by standard chartered bank.
Following are the requests number, which I received from the bank.

2. 201304060974
3. 201304125259
4. 201305008698
5. 201305081573
6. had conversation on 10th May 2013. but no reference number
In spite of requests number, the bank is not taking action to get the issue of customer. This is what the service providing to customer by the bank.
This is really very bad experience with standard chartered bank.
I also mailed to [email protected], which grievance cell department email id, even they did not reply to my mails, Which is really frustrating experience.
I suggest from this forum, Kindly improve your service by taking prompt action.
