Regarding refund money

&lt;p&gt;&lt;b&gt;Location/place&lt;/b&gt;: New delhi&lt;/p&gt;<p><b>Name of company/service</b>: Vrv bookshop pearson</p>I have placed order online of two books from vrvbookshop…but they deliver only one book…when i asked them about the left money,they give excuse and excuse and now after three months they are saying that they have refunded very earlier,and blaming me for this cause
