<p><b>Location/place</b>: Luckhow,UP</p><p><b>Name of company/service</b>: nokia</p>I had submitted my nokia lumia 620 mobile at nokia care lucknow on 15 april 2013 ,due to not proper fitting of back panel, they sent my mobile phone to main center,Nokia care’s employee told me that I will get my mobile phone within 12 days.After 12 days I asked for the phone from nokia care but every time their reply was the same that the mobile is under process.
After 26 days on 9 may 2013 when I contact to nokia care they told me that today they have recieved my mobile phone from main center but problem is not yet solve so they are again going to send my mobile phone to the main center for 12 days.
If nokia is not able to solve my problem then replace my mobile or give me cash back…………
