Hello,
It has been 17 days and I have activated airtel 3G plan of Rs. 1255/- and i got 9 GB 3G data. But the speed which i am getting is 0.08 Mbps which is not acceptable.
My airtel number is 9571475653.
I have launched more than 5 complaints in the customer care and mailed airtel alot of time but there is no resolution of the complaint till now.
They are not able to resolve the complaints and even not giving appropriate replies.
This plan comes with the validity of 1 month and 17 days are already over and i have not got 3G. So this is of no use for me now. I want my money of plan and USB refunded or plan extension with resolution of the complaint. I have lost a big amount of money in last 10 days and all because I am not getting appropriate speed and no resolution on the part of airtel.
Please take my application into consideration.
