Airtel not prviding 3G speed on 3G plans

Hello,

It has been 17 days and I have activated airtel 3G plan of Rs. 1255/- and i got 9 GB 3G data. But the speed which i am getting is 0.08 Mbps which is not acceptable.

My airtel number is 9571475653.

I have launched more than 5 complaints in the customer care and mailed airtel alot of time but there is no resolution of the complaint till now.

They are not able to resolve the complaints and even not giving appropriate replies.

This plan comes with the validity of 1 month and 17 days are already over and i have not got 3G. So this is of no use for me now. I want my money of plan and USB refunded or plan extension with resolution of the complaint. I have lost a big amount of money in last 10 days and all because I am not getting appropriate speed and no resolution on the part of airtel.

Please take my application into consideration.

    You are apologizing from last 15 days. I am facing problems from last 18 days. No response yet from your side. This has been ridiculous. You are torchering a customer of yours. I want the resolution as soon as possible and refund.

    I am writing to express my frustrations with a recent experience, from last 25 Days 3G services was not working on my Sim card so, I called No. of time to the customer care center every time they give me a different ans however none of the ans worked for me at last one of customer care executive said your Airtel Sim is old one you need to change that, couple of days before I changed that as well but that didn’t worked for me again. Once again I called customer care center this time they have different excuse that your 3g settings have not been set from our technical department so he logged my complaint and said the issue will get resolve within 1 day. It is already been 3 days and the issue is still there moreover not i am not even able to send or receive the messages. I do not understand what is the reason behind this but this is very disappointing for me as a Airtel customer. I am using this airtel no from last 4 years. My no is 8527618684

    I have activated airtel 3G plan of Rs. 255/- and i got 2 GB 3G data. But the speed which i am getting is very less Mbps or showing most of the time 2G network which is not acceptable. The 2G also is not working properly.
    My airtel number is 9994587089.
    Compliant No: PR022300008, PR022300245
    I have launched more than 2 complaints in the customer care and called airtel alot of time but there is no resolution of the complaint till now instead of they were closed the complaint.
    They are not able to resolve the complaints and even not giving appropriate replies.
    This plan comes with the validity of 28 days and i have not got 3G.Finally I am not getting appropriate speed and no resolution on the part of airtel.
    Please take my application into consideration.

    My Airtel 3G is not working from last 15 days. I reported to Airtel customer care but they are not able to resolve my issue. They disconnected the call or they said there agreement is going on between Vodafone and Airtel. I requested for a complaint more than 10 times. Still my 3G issues is not resolved. Even customer care people are not giving any proper solution. I invested more than 600 rs/- for my 3G data uses but all are useless not getting 3G service. Please take this note to resolve this at earliest.
