Dear Sir, I have received the no. of India View Travel last month from Just Dial and Booked the Qualis Car from India View Travels for the period of 12.04.2013 to 16.04.2013 on 03-Apr-2013 in advance. and I have also given the advance for Rs.3000 on 3 Apr 2013. to travel Agent. I have booked the travel before 10 days in advance.
But travel agent could not sent the Car on 12.04.2013. He denied to send the Car Same day & in the evening I have Booked another Car on urgent Basis with Costly Rate…………..and now problem is still not get the advance back after so long time ( around-one month)
India View Travels no. is 9999882792 .
I am daily calling him and he reply negative……..around one month spent could not get the payment.
Sir, I am being too up-sate.
Kindly look into this and resolve my Problem. And I have called Just Dial department and lodge one complaint no.317076.
and they have conference with travel agency and he said, will give on 07 May.
But still not given the payment.
Pls do the necessary action on this and try to stop the business such a froud tour travels & try to force to advance back as well as extra given amount which is given to another tour & travel due to same day.
