This is reference your ticket No 16013115,
I have phone call from you that I won a Reebok Elite 18037 price (estimated cost Rs 6500) and your customer care informed me that I have to pay Rs 899 as a freight.
But I have received item which was duplicate watch Reebok Classic without a bill/invoice by your consignment number LF0920611 on 10 Apr 2013.
I have informed to your customer care center 080-67536400, they told me it was a wrong delivery by us and I have to resend the item and will be replaced with original watch.
Then I sent item back to you by First Flight courier consignment no: M77187207 on 19 Apr 2013 which was delivered at your place and confirmed by you by email dated 23 Apr 2013 (communication attached)
Then after delivery I have called to your customer center which responded me, that I have to apply for refund of the money which I have paid. Now the case is very clear that you are not interested to give original Reebok watch, you are sending duplicate watch and trying to sale your duplicate watch at cost of Rs 899. The watch that I received previously which may cost of Rs 75-100. Your gain of Rs 899-100=799 and 799-150= 649(courier cost). means total gain of your company is Rs 650 per (fullish) customer. You are using the name of Rebook and making the duplicate watch at your end and sale the duplicate items. I suspecting you are selling more duplicate items of different branded companies to different customers to gain the illegal profits by earning income by making fraud.
But I want my promised price i.e. Reebok Elite 18037.
Hence send me Reebok Elite 18037.
All the communications and copies of both consignment are attached.

It is request to you please check this company as I found many complaints and I requesting to you help to other consumers from this fraud by ban such types of company which making profits in such way.
