The BMTC conductors in Yelahanka (between the route Yelahanka NES to Attur Layout) especially those working in the bus numbers 401, 401A, 401AA, 401AB, 401AC, 401AE, 401B, 401BC, 401D, 401E, 401F, 401J, 401JA, 401JC, 401K, 401KA, 401Q, 401R, 401RA, 401RB, 401T, 401Y are behaving very cheap with the lady passengers, they speak rudely and touch the ladies on purpose to ask for ticket, today I had a very bad incident while traveling in of of these local buses, I could not make a note of the bus # but the ticket # is H119 659290, I have boarded the bus at dairy cross at 1 30 PM, this conductor was touching me on the shoulder and asking for the ticket, when I questioned him about the behavior he started shouting and abusing me and the driver told me to get down from the bus if I don’t want to travel with them. Its high time for BMTC to train these conductors and drivers and teach them how to behave in a decent society, I can understand they have poor education and come from low social economic background, hence it becomes the responsibility of BMTC to ensure these people are trained well before assigning them the task of taking care of public transport.
