Hi,
I got a call from Ankit Kumar of click 2 resume on 4-may-2013 for job openings as I was looking for one. On monday 6-may-2013 I again got a call from him (+911409580111) and was asked to be online. I was told there is a registration fee of Rs 2000/- which I agreed and made online transaction on the website click2resume.com (Career Flash – for job alerts Order ID: C2R131016 Service ID: RB131016 )
After successful transaction the call was transferred to another person who again asked me to pay another Rs 4948/- (Perfect Combo – for resume builder – Yogesh Sharma, Order ID:C2R131033 Service ID:IB131033). I was promised that this will be the last and made the transction.
After successful transaction again the call was transferred to another person Sumit Kumar (he gave mobile no. 8860638843) who asked me to pay Rs 8143/- which I denied but convinced me that for international job openings this is the fees. I asked why this was not told earlier and got angry, he said it depends on you need and if you don’t pay then they cannot proceed. I felt something fishing now and to made a call to the number given above, it was busy. I tried again he picked and so was convinced. I made the payement after much debate and said this would be the last one. (Career Flash Both (India+Gulf) Order ID:C2R131087 Service ID:IB131087)
He then asked to make another payment of Rs 4297/- I got really angry now but again he said that we need this process you CV and after much debate I made another payement and he promised that this was the last again. I paid and this time (Order ID: C2R131103) but the page did not redirect back I did not get the service Id. He gave his email Id as [email protected] to send the documents CV, Current Company offer letter and Graduation Final marks card.
After the transaction was successful he called me again and asked me to make another payemnet, this time I got really mad and said I will not make any furter payements. Then I googled and found that this company has been doing this for long time for many job seekers. They keep asking for payments and never really provide any service, neither do they receive any call after the payements are done. I have calling and and writing emails but no reply.
I paid a total of Rs 19388/- in just a matter of 2hrs (12pm to 2pm on 6-may-2013) though by HDFC Bank credit card. After realizing this company to be fraud I immediately called up HDFC Credit Card Helpline (08061606161) and raised a service request to block all payements and provide the necessary documents for the same. After 3 days i.e. 9-may-2013 I see that all the above transactions are being charged on my card now. The bank says they cannot do anything untill a cancel letter recevied from the merchant. The merchant is not ready to respond any calls and emails now.
What is the solution for this and how can I get my money back?
Thanks,
Antonio Dharmadas
