Pathetic Service and Poor Staff

Location/place: Ghaziabad

Name of company/service: LIC Housing Finance Limited (Lajpatnagar Delhi)

I sanctioned a home loan from LICHFL Lajpatnagar branch, without any prior notification they changed the mode of EMI (from disburse amount to sanctioned amount) I had several discussions with staff there (Praveen and Megha)they kept on telling me that they will change it. Next month deduction went same and there was no change in mode. Only false commitment and they even do not care or there service standards. No landline working in branch since months. One mobile no. they shared for complaints and later it is switched off always. Branch manager too not responds any phone call on his mobile. I would like to suggest everyone not to go to LICHFL FOR HOME LOAN. Pathetic service!

    LIC Lajpatnagar staff and their working culture is really poor….there is no landline no. active which are mentioned in LICHFL website….you can not contact them on phone….really sucks….
