I purchased TVS Wego on 16.04.2012.
It came with defective tyre, there is an abrasion inside the rear tyre which leads to pinching the tube. I changed 2 tyres in 1 yr. My daily usage is hardly 10 km that too only on Main road ie,there are no potholes. After every puncture repair the mechanic told it is manufacturing defect but the TVS people have not taken it that way. From the last 3 weeks I am suffering as my
Due to pinching from inside the tyre, the tube got punctured and I almost fell in the middle of the traffic. The rim also lost shape. I had to push it a very long distance to the nearest mechanic. The company does not respond to our calls. Finally, the Showrooom gave a mobile which works only on Mondays and that day too after several attempts, one Mr. Murthy told to go to Dilsukhnagar for tyre change. As the rim is not fully round, how can I go driving/ or carry it. On Mondays they Thursday, Thursdays they say no stock of tyres. Meanwhile I am spending so much no autos and even they do not come unless it suits them. I regret buying TVS but pls tell me what to do.
PLS HELP ME. I AM TOTALLY HARASSED.
