I have made a contract for one year between me & mr. dinesh for my vehical on retal basis for film studia uses and i have given 35000 deposit amount to im when contract was asigned after 4 days service has given he is ignoring us for saying some problem has come so you have to wait for few days after 10 days no reply came from his side so i have decided to cancel my vehile then i informed him on written paper he also signed that paper now our contact made date is 26th feb, 2013 & cancelled date is 1st march so till date he is not ready to giving me my deposit amount he is just postponing date & lying with us
