mnp complaint

&lt;p&gt;&lt;b&gt;Location/place&lt;/b&gt;: new delhi&lt;/p&gt;<p><b>Name of company/service</b>: airtel</p>sir,
i went to airtel relationship centre named D.S enterprises in mayur vihar phase 1, new delhi on 18-4-13 and opted for mnp from aircel to airtel. The executive told me that it will cost you Rs 247(Rs. 224 frc , Rs. 19 sim charges, Rs. 4 plan activation) and your number will get activated by a week and my number got activated on 28-4-13 on which i was in roaming(dehradun). She took the money in advance and gave me a receipt on which there was a receipt number i.e 62398 and two other numbers i.e 9810666051, 9810666061. she told me wen the sim gets activated you can call and i l do the recharge bt the number she gave were on voicemail and the mailbox was full, i tried for two days and the third day she picked the call and i told her the receipt number bt wen she did the recharge of Rs. 224 i got the message recharge not successfull so she called me and said that recharge is not possible and u have used the balance of Rs 5 which we get wen the sim gets activated but i didnt use any balance. my balance got deducted wen she called me to inform dat recharge cldnt be done as i was in roaming. den i came back to new delhi on 5th may 2013 and called her again bt again i got the same message that recharge not successfull. i went to airtel relationship centre on 7-5-13 and after discussed the matter she did the recharge if Rs 200 instead of Rs 224 for which i was charged and refused return rest of the money and said it is your fault and talked very very rudely in front of other customers. so please look into the matter as soon as possible or i will launch a police complaint against airtel relationship centre.
