<p><b>Location/place</b>: shahdol mp</p><p><b>Name of company/service</b>: tata docomo</p>I am using tata docomo service with no 9981037399. I have net service and sufficient data to download but on 6th may near by 11am i am charged 30Rs. And when i talked to custmer care (sandeep) he didnt take it seriously. When i asked him to me with your senior or your manager he totaly refused.
I need my balance refund.
