Service Person didn’t show up after repeated complain.

Name of company/service: Kenstar

I own a Kenstar Air cooler. While running its produce some sound, so I called Kenstar Customer Care for Servicing the product on 2nd May 2013, but till now no service person show up to service the product after repeated calling to Customer Care.
