Hello,my name is Anu and i had a Airtel post paid mobile connection number +91.9902772058.However their service is, billing is pathetic.The problem started when i requested to deactivate blackberry Rs 299 monthly service along with 245 Rs monthly rental plan and to activate only 255 Rs 1Gb GPRS data on 3rd of Nov 2012.The said sim was used only for browsing and in the month end i recieved a sms stating i have consumed 80% of allocated data ie 1GB.and immediately on 4th of Dec 2012 i recieved another sms stating now total allocated data is fully consumed so that 2g data will be enabled for browsing( kindly note 2g data is available in the market now only for 125 rs 1GB)their billing period was from 8th of Nov12 to 7th of Decc12.On the due date i recieved a bill for 1800/INR which gave me a minor heart attack.As per plan i should get the bill of min 255Rs the max limit was 1000rs.I meant for the allocated 1GB GPRS data will cost 255rs if it is consumed fully then the plan will convert to 2g data from 3g can consume maximum 1000rs 2g data that means i should get a bill within 1000Rs ethically.But Airtel gave me a bill of 1800/RS and next bill came to 2400/INR and the consequent bill was for 2800/INR.There is no basa for billing they will see each bill should be equal to the previous bill nor on the higher end.If bill goes higher end once it will never come to lower end however less may be the usage.For the billing purpose they had changed basic rental plan of sim 245 to 549 even without my knowledge or consent.I comunicated these problem s with almost all, right from consumer care executive to all high officials also i did sent many mails requesting to give me either a revised bill or a settlement figure.During these period they used to harass me for payment.To utilise 1800INR there should be enough browsing or atleast download something but my browsing was minimum.And the said sim was in the dongle to browse in laptop.After all these a man called Sanjay from Airtel legal Dep came to my door on 3rd of April 2013 and said it will be sorted out soon by then on 27th of March 2013 i had paid 800/INR which i gave reference number to Sanjay.Trust me for two and half months they gave me a bill of 7000/INR the period was from 3rd Nov 12 till 21 Jan 13.On 21 Jan 13 they had deactivated the said sim due to non payment.On 26th of April i was on vacation this man Sanjay calls me to give him a final cheque to do the settlement.I said i am in remote place but he repeatedly requested me to send him the cheque dated 30th April 13 for 2500/INR which i did and sent it thruough courier in the good faith that every problem will sort out.But now the problem is they got almost 3300/INR for these problematic billing and forget about settlement letter they are not even talking about it and since past three days i am getting a threatening call from Airtel a executive called Kiran and this Sanjay is not picking my call.Even Airtel is behaving soo cheaply they did called an high school girl whom i know personally and they did a trick of putting her on a concall for requesting money.Is Airtel gone such crazy for money ??????I never seen such kind of ugly pathetic behaviour from a service company.Kindly help me with this ugly situation. And also make aware of my fellow frnds not to go for such a cheap behavioured Airtel service.Airtel is a fraud company
