Our landline number is 080-41179869 and it is in the name of SHIBU A JOSEPH.We were on 1099 plan (ie broadband,landline and IPTV).We wanted to change the plan as the broadband was very slow and when i asked the customer executive he told to take 1199 plan as it has 2mbps speed and it has got more channels in IPTV.As per his sugeestion We requested to change the plan to 1199 and they have changed the plan.But I did not see any new channels in IPTV.Then I called the customer care and asked why is it.when I searched the channels one new channle name I saw that was “ASIANET MOVIES(#914) but it says we are not authorised to view this channel.Then I called the cutomer care and they told that this particular channel is there in the 1199 plan and I told them that we are not able to view it.Also next day i called them and asked but no change.Then I had given a complaint to airtel (ticket no-31639408) to make this channel work and i requested to add “cbeebies”channel also to our subsription.I had given this complaint on 18th April and till now our complaint is not resolved.They closed this ticket without resolving the problem and without informing us anything.After 18th april I had followed up with customer care daily for few days and daily they used to reopen the complaint.We are totally irritated with the very bad service airtel is giving.Till now no customer executive has talked to me regarding this.But they closed the complaint.Request you to do the needful
