Very bad service and no addressing mechanism to consumers

Hi,

I am Ankit Jain from Pune. I booked 2 sports shoes and 1 casual shoes from Yepme.com on 10th April, 2013. They promised to deliver the product within 3-4 working days. But even after contacting customer support of yepme.com. i haven’t got the product yet. They have also cancelled my order, not even bothered to ask me once. I booked the products on urgent basis but due to awfull service at yepme.com, i haven’t not got the products and not even my money. Kindly look into this.
