Dear Sir,
I purchased a projector from www.naptol.com that product is not working from the receiving date. We complaint for that to naaptol but they are not responding. We are registered our complain by phone 10 to 15 times, and by mail 8 to 10 times. Every time they told that wait for Five days or ten days.
Please Do The Needful As Soon As Possible. Because We Are Providing Free Of Cost Computer Education To Poor Student, Handicapped, Orphan Student.
Since They Are Not Eligible To Pay There Fees. They Have Contributed 20-25 Rs. Each And Decided To Purchase A Projector. But Now As We Have Purchased A Projector But Now It Is Not Working So We Are Not Able To Conduct Their Lecture.
Sir please help us I want my money back, Company is cheated to all customer so please do something for all customer below full details we are sending to you which are sending to naaptol

As we have purchased a Projector from your portal www.naaptol.com and we haverecevied the product from courier.
Once we got the product from courier agent the same time we have tested the product in front of them,but that moment itself your product is not working properly.
We have also registered the complaint (Complaint Number: 4456918 ) at the same time but we did not get any reply from your end.
Now I am requesting to you please do the needful as soon as possible.Because we are providing Free of Cost computer education to Poor Student, Handicapped, Orphan Student.
Since They are not eligible to pay there Fees.They have contributed 20-25 Rs. each and decided to purchase a projector.But Now as we have purchased a projector but now it is not working so we are not able to conduct their lecture.
Now Again I am Requesting to You Please Give My Money Back.
The Problem area of your projector is as follows.
1) Not Working Properly
2) 50% Lens area are blured
3) Remote is not working properly
As I am not satisfied with your product so kindly return my money back otherwise we will take a legal action on you and for these that poor student will also involved because the money is contribution of poor people.
