Not refunding amont

Name of company/service: State TB Cell, Health Department, Uttarakhand

Dear Sir/Mam,

I want to write a complaint against an online shopping site named Jabong.com from which I have ordered a product- productID-PE138WA40WSP-243759, a purple coloured kurta amonted Rs.499/-. but the product did not fits me so I request the Jabong team to return my product and give me cash back, but Jabong sent me refund voucher in place of my cash amount, from which voucher I have to purchase an another product from Jabong.com. I have requested Jabong by mail and also by calling in their toll free number but they denied to refund the cash back and replied that I have asked for refund voucher and not for cash back. It can be clarify by seeing my e-mail which I have send jabong on 4th June 2012 at 10:36 am, in which I have clearly mentioned that I want cash back in behalf of my returning product. my Product ID is-PE138WA40WSP-243759. and my request ID no. is 272384.

So please kindly do the necessary action to provide me cash back from Jabong.com
