Balance Deduction

Location/place: Chandigarh

Name of company/service: Reliance Communications

They use to deduct my balance in after every 3 or 4 days. I have registered complaints many times but they did not resolve my problem and now they do not pick the calls.Sometimes they refunded balance but half amount of the deducted amount. Please resolve my problem , help me.
