Poor customer complaint and network service, no information to customer on change of plan.

I’m using aircel (8759676207), west bengal since november 2012 specially for Internet as it used to provide the best speed at low price. I used to rely on the aircel website to choose my plan. I’ve been using the Rc 128 3g internet pack and on the latest recharge on 2nd May 2013, I came to know that they have revised their plans. Well its ok. But they should have updated it in their website (even checked their website before posting this complaint). After the new recharge on 2nd May, I’m getting unsatisfactory speed. 50~60kbps in 3g and in 2g, they give about ~3 hrs of good speed ~15kbps per day and the rest of the day the speed remains 2~4kbps. Point to be noted that I’ve not finished the full usage limit. I’m trying to contact their customer care since 3rd may but it seems they have blocked my number. The last time I called was on 2nd May to know about the revised plan but still I’m not clear abot the revised plan yet. Since then every time I call, they say “All our customer care executives are busy please call later or use the self Help service” and then disconnect. Aircel was once the best for me but has Aircel too got into the fraud business like the other companies? Message to aircel: You donot provide me any free service, I pay you and in return you provide me the service. So you are bound to work on my complaints and ensure me the best service. If I’m having any problem, then I’ve all right to call you 1000 times a day. You are not supposed to block my number from your caller list. The money you take for ‘unlimited’ internet is just a trap set by you. After the full usage limit, the speed you provide is unusable and I get bound to recharge again. Donot boast on your largest internet user, it may take just a second for you to fall.
