I purchased a side by side fridge in 2009 at very first month the display became faulty so it was changed now since last 2 month it is not working so every time the service engineer tells a new story that display is faulty or pcb is faulty now they have conveyed me that the pcb is not available in India hence it could not be rectified & pressuring me to take refund that to only 34% of the purchase price at the time of purchase they have promised me that after warranty period any problem would be rectified as they are having enough inventory for the parts.still the fridge is under compressor warranty so ideally they should have inventory for the parts.pls help me ASAP.as I am unable to use my fridge since last two months in this summer
