Unnecessary Balance Cut

I am reliance service user from last 6-7 years. My mobile No. is 9595883126. Nowadays I am suffering with unnecessary balance cut from my prepaid account balance. first of all I lost my about 100 rs. just because of renewal of SMS200 plan of rs 14. I registered 3-4 complaints for deactivating SMS Plan. but my service didn’t deactivated. and on about 28th April 2013, my balance is cut from Rs. 45 to -14. currently I have -14 Rs balance in my account.I did’t get any massage for balance cut. So, I again registered complaint on 30th April 2013, the customer executive suggest me to wait for 48 hrs to refund my lost balance.I don’t remember his name. but on 3rd may 2013, i did’t get my balance so i again call to customer care and spoke with Rakesh Kumar Singh, He refuses me to refund my balance because of insufficient data. He told me that because of internet my balance has been deducted. but for your kind information i never use internet service on my mobile and he also refuses me to tell how many data I have used.

My complaints no. are 201775020,200755455,rest I have deleted

According to my knowledge this is not fare with any customer to deduct unnecessary balance. Because of this activity I have waste my very useful time to talk with costumer executive. I want my balance refund as soon as possible.
