Complain of about frauds by shiping company snapdeal.com

sir i’ve recently purchased ‘HP 2000-2106,500GB,2GB RAM ‘ laptop from snapdeal.com, but the company has placed 1GB RAM laptop in place of 2GB RAM laptop.
But companey is not responding of my complain.
So please sir solve my case.
