Sir, I have ordered Samsung Galaxy Grand Duos phone from timtara.com on 27th of feb having order no. 10401548. since then they haven’t shipped the product. even they don’t answer the calls for support or any mail sent to them on their customer care email id.
Once they picked up the call I requested for refund of my money. Still they are not responding.
please help.
