Non delivery of product

Location/place: Howrah

Name of company/service: Snapdeal

I have ordered one Wahl Men’s Pen Trimmer Batt 05640-624, suborder no. 1263468139, dated 12th April, 2013 from Snapdeal.com. The expected delivery date was 16th April 2013. the payment was already done. But despite contacting their helpline for several times, and complaining many times, they are least bothered about the non-delivery of the item, and their executives are not helping me even to cancel the order and refunding the money. Please help in this matter.

    And even I am not sure how can I get this issue resolved and who will be able to help me on this.
    Please do update me if you have figured how to get such issues resolved.

    I have contacted Indiaontime courier service and exclaimed them.

    If matter is not solved, I would surely forward it to media.

    Issue is not only about money, 3rd class online shopping sites are actually opened CHEAT FUNDS.
