Money Deducted in Online Recharge but money isn’t refunded

Name of company/service: Vodafone

I have recharged my phone no. with 222 on 24th april,2013. Money is deducted despite recharge fail. So far its been 8working days and money is not refunded into my account.I have been calling/emailing them daily but no useful response.
Help me in sorting out this. My no. is 8297081992
