I ordered a Blackberry Curve 9220 on 10th April 2013 from www.themobilestore.in along with an extended warranty. [Order No. 3110356433325] On 10th April 2013, there was an offer along with the mobile. The Mobile Store was offering a free screen protector + a portable charger + 8 gb memory card + scratch & win.
I received the handset on 13th April 2013 along with the 8 gb memory card. But the rest of the products were not delivered. The executives at the mobile store customer care no. assured me repeatedly that the rest of the products would be delivered within 48 hours.
After repeatedly following up with the mobile store executives, i received a mail with the extended warranty on 19th April 2013.
I am yet to receive the rest of the products (a free screen protector + a portable charger + scratch & win)
The executives at the mobile store have been lying to me and one Mr. Irshad also called me a liar. First I was told that the product would reach me soon, then they started telling me that there was no such offer. There is no credibilty left from you.
This is my first and definitely last time shopping with the mobile store. The mobile store staff are nothing but bunch of cheats.
If I don’t receive a confirmation of dispatch of the rest of the products within 24 hours, I would go ahead and register a case of cheating and fraud against you as I have enough proof against the mobile store’s false claims.
