Today I recharged my a/c with Rs.70, where I got full talktime. But my question is that why they deducted my balance when net pack was already activated in my number? They didn’t send me any kind of message also regarding my net balance or deduction. If you check all my account history you will find the technique of how smartly they sold my full balance. I just feel like throw my sim in the drain. Now a question to you vodafone do you think you are doing a fare business and earning good will in the society and do you think you are giving customer satisfaction..??
