they donot fund me my balence & unexpected balence deduction.

Dear Sir,
I Byasadeva Mohapatra having mob no-7709589800(AIRTEL)MailID- [email protected],have a complain aginst airtel cellular service that on 27/04/2013(7:19PM) i have recharged a sum of RS 125/- through NGPAY ONLINE SHOPPING MALL for AIRTEL internate monthly plan.& transaction ID is NGPAY1214175344,operator transaction ID is 346405923.but till the date they did not submit my acc recharge to my airtel mob number 7709589800. and also the customer care do not pick up my phone call.so please consider about my application and take necessary steps for which i wil be highly grateful to you.
