serial number of the product is not matching with the serial number written on tne bill

sir i have bought a nokia wh-205 from flipkart in december.now the headset is not working properly,then i took it to the nokia care for its replacement,they ignored to return the headset because the serial number is not matching from the bill and to that of what written on the headset.when i took this issue to the flipkart customer care they told me to take a pic of the serial number that is written on the headset and mail it to their id([email protected]) with a scan copy of the bill.the serial key is written so small that it cant be captured with a digital camera but i did my best and mail the pic and the scan copy of the bill to their id.now i have got response that the pic was not clear so send another clear pic of it.now tell me how can i take a pic of it which is not itself clearly seen with naked eyes.i had used lens also but no fruitful result came out.

so please help me to solve my problem…
