Sir, nearly a month ago i was charged with a charge of Rs. 20 for some radio service on my mobile(9460438562) i didn’t even asked for, i tried to stop it by sending a message(as given in the company message), i also called at their customer service to stop the service but their was no such positive response then i thought it might have been my mistake so i thought it wont happen next time. But again i was charged by Rs. 20 this month and when i tried to call them they kept giving me other service care numbers to talk to them. I was continuously disturbed by this service for a month which made my concentration go weak over my studies. I also tried to call many a times on this service to complain which finally frustrated me in case on getting no positive result. Sir i am a student and my father is a 3rd grade govt. teacher, i am given a small pocket money for my expenses and mobile for communication, but when such amount are deducted from my balance and i ask from my parents for more money, they think that i have been doing something wrong. I am in a very tough condition because of this, its affecting my studies, my carrier and my relationship with my parents. I want BSNL to pay me back in full with the addition of extra charge because of causing so much trouble. Kindly look into this matter as soon as possible. Thank you.
