Non-delivery of booked items in time

Name of company/service: Dept.Of Atomic Energy,

Dear sir,

Undersigned booked(Paid) furniture (3-Door wall drop-Storewell & Storage type Bed) on 13.03.2013. They have given me maximum delivery time is 30days. The same given time ends with 12.04.2013, but till date no furniture is delivered at my home. so many times i am reminding to Big-bazaar manager shri. Viplav, Unit-3, Kharvel nagar branch but no response. kindly review this matter and do justice.
