&lt;p&gt;&lt;b&gt;Location/place&lt;/b&gt;: surat&lt;/p&gt;<p><b>Name of company/service</b>: idea</p>i have called idea customer care on24/4/2013 @ 10:30am for deactivation of msg scheme and they gave me code through which internet pack gets deactivated i told them that because of their fault i lost 250Mb free internet data so they told according to 250Mb i vl get refund of rs35 within 48hrs bt i didnt get so i again called on 26/4/2013 @ 12:30pm so they tld that i vl not get refund because there has been no wrong deduction in my ac so then also they tld i vl get refund within 48hrs bt still today i hve not got any refund so i please requestt u to take corrective action
