frod by providing wrong information to customer

I have get information of 73 2G GPRS data plan on customer self feedback service. That in this plan custmer can get 1GB data for unlimited periods but wjen I recharged with this plan I have data only for 3 days .This happens only frodmess of company in providing. Wrong information to customer My complaints is not only for me but I do thinking on such type of secrow of thousands customer in our country. Aisa karke ye company na jaane kitne logo ko loot rahi hai. Pls. I want that company solve my problem and for best service stop this frod
Refund or convert my dataplan .Its total frod of this company
