I am using Airtel #9096763564, and I bought new Samsung mobile so free 3G services are automatically activated on my number on 6th March and its ended on 5th April. I have used 300 MB out of 1024 MB usage in that period. On 6th of April I called customer care to activate 3G plan for one month of Rs. 250. And I got a message that your 3G plan is activated on your mobile. But when the bill was generated that charges are added into bill and I logged 3 complaints to review my bill, but no resolution has been done for any of this. I am having all three complaints number with me.
I am very frustrated about the company.
