I am based in Kolkata City. I had ordered an AC thru Indiatimes Shopping under Order No: 3002115495 on 14th March, 2013 which has not been delivered yet. I am constantly trying to communicate to find out the reason for the delay but they are incapable of providing any response at all. Neither are they able to deliver the product not are they reversing my money back.
